Our Milwaukee winter storage facility is one of the largest and easiest to access on Lake Michigan. From the main entrance of Milwaukee Harbor you can access Harborside without encountering any bridges. We have over seven hundred feet of harbor frontage for docking and a large eighty ton crane to lift your yacht to a safe, secure winter home either inside or out, heated or cold.
Milwaukee Winter Storage and Rate Schedule
Inside Heated - Includes haul & launch $8.25 per square foot
Outside - Includes haul & launch $2.79 per square foot
Storage Period: September 1 to May 31
Reservations: You may reserve a location for your boat by signing a completed Storage
contract and returning it to us along with a deposit:
$500.00 indoor heated, $200.00 outdoor cold.
Early Pay Discount: A 5% discount will be extended to storage balances paid in full prior to
September 15th.
Payment Terms: All storage balances are due on haul out.
We offer a full range of services from spar handling to cradle rental to accomodate all of your storage issues.
Our mechanical staff is trained in the proper protection of your boat systems and the maintenance of you batteries, to give you the peace of mind your launch in the spring will go smooth.
